IMPORTANT: Please be sure to order the correct size and phase KVAR unit for the service coming into your building. If you do not know what amperage or type of service you have, go to your breaker box / service panel and look at the main breaker. The amperage of your service should be imprinted on the main breaker itself.
Example: 200 amp main service breaker = 200 amp KVAR unit
Example: 150 amp main service breaker = 200 amp KVAR unit
Example: 100 amp main service breaker = 100 amp KVAR unit

How Checks by Phone works
Ordering via Checks by Phone requires that you relay to us only that information which already appears on your check so in reality, it is no different than if you were to mail us a check or hand us one over the sales counter.
Please have a check in hand when calling. After relaying the information to us, you will actually write your check out then write "Processed" across it and keep it for your records. DO NOT SEND US THE CHECK! We will then enter the check's information into our software, generate a physical check and deposit it the same as if you had given us one of your own checks.
