Your KVAR panel unit will absolutely save a minimum of 6% to 10% off your average kwh consumption over a period of a full 12 months (compared to 12 months prior to installation) or we will buy it back at full purchase price.

The above guarantee is for panel units only and must be properly installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with our installation procedures. During the first 12 months after installation, all things must remain approximately the same as they were for 12 months prior to installation within the building or home where KVAR is originally installed meaning no major energy consuming additions are made to the building or home of original installation. Major energy consuming additions are considered to be additional or larger a/c units, freezing or refrigeration units, pool pumps, irrigation pumps, heavy use of power tools, heating units, major additions to lighting, additions to the home or building and/or additional use of the areas that would have major effects on the electrical consumption. This guarantee is for your original purchase price of the KVAR panel unit only. No installation or removal costs or shipping costs can be refunded. Photocopies of electric bills for the property where the original KVAR installation was done for the first full 12 months after installation and 12 months prior to installation, proof of installation by a licensed electrician and photos of panel wiring hookup or inspection by The Bogul Group must be supplied to The Bogul Group for review before any refund can be considered.

This guarantee is given in addition to your Comprehensive KVAR Factory Warranty.

 

KVAR ENERGY SAVINGS, INC. provides that, if within five (5) years commercial / twelve (12) years residential from installation date, this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship or damage by lightning, KVAR will repair or replace the affected unit free of charge.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

(A) Accidental mishandling, dropping or other types of physical abuse.
(B) Units which have been opened, taken apart or subjected to unauthorized repair.
(C) Units which have not been installed or used in accordance with instructions.
(D) Riots, civil disturbances, war or other related acts of God.

This warranty does not apply to damages claimed in excess of the cost of the installed units, and although this warranty outlines specific legal rights, your actual rights may vary from state to state.
